Father and son team (Cahit & Cagri Onder) live in a Greek style stone house in Gulpinar village. Gulpinar, home to the Temple of Apollon Smintheus, is located in the Troas region and is among the most important ancient cities of the Hellenistic Period in the North Aegean: Troya, Assos and Alexander Troya. 

Cahit’s portfolio of development begins in 1977 and includes Babakale-Akliman Hotel Bizim Ev, which is considered the first boutique hotel in the region. He has developed 7 celebrated stone houses in this region. 

The Onders are now offering services ranging from real estate investing, consulting, developing, managing rental properties to planning your dream Turkey trip.
